PROCEDURE

Scalp Microblading is a temporary cosmetic tattooing procedure that embeds cosmetic pigments into the dermis (unlike a permanent tattoo where ink is deposited below the dermis).

Scalp microblading uses a special microblading pen to deposit pigment in hair-like strokes, usually along the hairline. This treatment requires two sessions, the initial procedure, followed by a second session touch up six to eight weeks later. Results can last anywhere from one to three years with touch ups as needed to maintain your desired look.

After the area is sterilized and numbed, the technician uses a microblading pen to create small hair-like strokes. Our technicians will use a cosmetic tattoo machine which allows pigment to be injected at the time that the stroke is created. This allows us to achieve the illusion of a full hairline by filling in areas of the scalp that have thinning hair or baldness.

During micropigmentation, the technician uses a device with multiple 0.30mm needles to inject microscopic dots of ink into the scalp and create realistic hair follicles.

Like Microblading, Micropigmentation is a type of cosmetic tattoo, but instead of creating hair-like strokes, micropigmentation injects pigment into the scalp so that small dots are placed under the epidermal layer of the skin.

Scalp micropigmentation is a hair restoration solution that is becoming a household name. Similar to scalp microblading (hair strokes), this process requires a technician to use specialized equipment, such as microneedles and cosmetic pigments, to provide patients with personalized, natural-looking results. The process uses a hand tool that deposits small amounts of ink into the scalp to give the illusion of thicker hair. This treatment requires a minimum of three separate sessions.
